Our Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives help families and local businesses prepare, protect, and recover from lifes unexpected events. Salary Range: $38000.00 - $52000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Own ability to bring in new customers to meet monthly sales quota
  • Responding to inquiries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients within same business day to ensure satisfaction.
  • Developing insurance quotes for leads that come into agency, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
  • Ability to relay to customers insurance coverage answers when sending quotes or reviewing policies being renewed. Some may be ISO or URB forms, so must have strong knowledge of the two types.
  • Working closely with banks, car dealerships, insurance carriers, and other professionals.
  • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.

Requirements
  • A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed-Major Requirement.**
  • Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty License Required for New York State.**
  • Minimum of 5 years Personal Lines Customer Service Experience Required.**
  • Able to handle minimum of 1,250 customer accounts of all sizes**
  • Strong computer and technical skills: Epic, TAM/Agency management, or Vertafore software experience a plus.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask-daily/weekly time management skill.
