Occupational Medicine CSR Trainer
Job Description
The Occupational Medicine CSR Trainer is a key member of our staff supporting training for CSRs, operations/workflows, and execution of Occupational Services across our network of Piedmont Urgent Care clinics. This position reports to the Director of Occupational Services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an Urgent Care clinic
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all back office Occupational Services requirements
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Occupational Medicine back-office clinical operations
- Proficiency in performing all Occupational Medicine Employer Services
- Possess strong and effective communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a professional/positive attitude
- Energetic team player
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities
- Conduct business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, cooperative, sensitive, respectful, and kind in dealing with patients, clients, visitors, the general public, and all colleagues
Responsibilities
- Classroom Training for CSRs
- DS and BAT Certification Classes
- Hands-on In-clinic Training for CSRs
- NEO Training for OccMed Services for CSRs
- Create OccMed training material (including videos and other training aids) and update as necessary
- Assist in Daily auditing of Employer Services Charts to determine training needs
- Work in the clinic as an OccMed CSR as required
- Order appropriate OccMed Supplies and Equipment as necessary
- Position requires standing a majority of the time while in clinic and training
- Minimum 50% travel to training locations and clinics as required
- Support the overall growth plans and goals for OccMed
- Other duties as assigned
