Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time or Full-Time Occupational Therapist to provide services for its patients in Tuscarawas county and surrounding areas. A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice, or home health care fields. Home Health experience preferred but not required.

We are seeking individuals that are:

• Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.
• Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).
• Organized and able to manage an Occupational Therapist case load of 20 to 25 patients in an autonomous work environment (lower case load if part-time)
• Ability to supervise COTA's and work with our internal therapy team of PT's, PTA's, OT's, COTA's and ST's
• Occupational Therapist licensed with the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board.
