Therapeutic Associates is seeking an Occupational Therapist to be a part of an exciting, brand new outpatient clinic in Springfield, OR that will treat adults and pediatrics with primarily neurological conditions.

The clinic will be in the same building with Oregon Neurology Associates. This means you will be able to have a direct line of communication with the referring physician and have direct contact to promote your profession and the services you can provide! Patient scheduling will allow for one-on-one treatments between the OT and the patient!

Duties & Responsibilities:
Occupational Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans.

• Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR software (we are currently using Athena).
• Therapist will be expected to meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required.
• Ideal candidates will embrace their role as mentor and teammate, supporting other staff as needed and fostering the advancement of Therapeutic Associates, Inc. as a learning organization.
• Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education
• Current State Occupational Therapist License (or license applicant status)
• Current CPR certification
