We are seeking a passionate
Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) who loves working with the pediatric population to provide home-based therapy services in
Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, North Phoenix, Tempe, and the surrounding areas

Requirements:
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
- Successfully completed the therapist level field work requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapist & hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited OT program
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required by start date)
