Location: Las Vegas

What will you do?

  • Provide Deskside Support to the users who uses Desktops, Laptops, Printers, AVVC, Telephony, Networks, Remote Access, Security Systems and Core Applications. In person, via phone, electronically in a timely manner/in consideration of the SLA
  • Work collaboratively within a global team, Communicate and collaborate with the service desk team and provide IT support that enables colleagues to achieve their team and business goals objectives.
  • Advise user on appropriate. Keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Log all help desk interactions and clearly document all tasks
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Ability to break problems down and use logical process of elimination.
  • Create Desktop Policies
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and repair any hardware software issues that cannot be resolved by Global Service Desk
  • Focus is on maintaining ownership of the issue and providing consistent and timely resolutions. Identify opportunities for improvements in consistency and performance of troubleshooting and implement these improvements.
  • Providing technical support in a customer focused way. Adhere to defined policies procedures (i.e., IT Equipment, Security and Compliance, Corporate).

You’ll Succeed with:

  • Expert administration/engineering skills in Windows 10 OS technologies
  • Asset management and experience with Netsuite
  • Strong technical ability and outstanding troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Office 365 is a MUST
  • Knowledge on Virtual machine (hyperv, vsphere, azure VM), Prem Active Directory and Azure Directory
  • Knowledge on setting new devices, server maintenance and troubleshooting printers
  • Strong technical knowledge and working experience with Microsoft products including email, Client, Server, Network and Telephony technologies, Mobile Computing, directory Services, and overall understanding of infrastructure, desktop, and applications technologies and architecture.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work on tasks and projects while being interrupted by users and colleagues requesting support ability to constantly re-prioritize tasks is a must.
