This Office Admin Position Features:Essential Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Create and maintain physical truck file for all new truck orders
Review factory invoices received daily and make necessary updates within the new truck databases and make proper notifications to the sales staff, as necessary
Post vehicle costs into database
Issue department purchase orders for various costs including, but not limited to: fuel, transportation of a vehicle, body up fit, and various Service repairs
Process new truck invoices in AP system
Manage and reconcile vehicle clearing account for specified branches
Arrange for transport of new trucks, as needed
Ensure the sales database is updated regularly with the truck locations, audit physical inventory regularly
Take photographs of new trucks and ensure they are uploaded to the sales database for viewing by all sales staff and customers
Print QR codes for vehicle inventory
Maintain organization and safe keeping of truck keys
Backup and assist Finance Administrator as needed
Deal jacket completion, verify manufacturer rebates and dealer accept as needed
Additional projects, as requested by management
Maintain professional appearance
Maintain good attendance record
