Job Title: Office Administrator/Office Manager

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000-$55,000 + Bonus Opportunity (Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications of the candidate)

Job Overview

The office administrator is responsible for leadership and oversight of the office fostering a professional atmosphere that will allow staff to thrive and for promoting daily office activities ensuring that our Client’s and PCA’s needs are met in an honorable manner while remaining in compliance with all state regulations. The office administrator will be chartered with meeting growth objectives for new clients, staffing, new client intake, PCA/Client relationships and helps create awareness of Circle of Life in the community.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Promotes Circle of Life Home Care by being the Brand Ambassador in the community and referral sources
  • Provides leadership, training, and support to office staff, PCA’s and Clients
  • Maintains current client and PCA information to ensure compliance requirements
  • Facilitates new PCA boarding process and Client Intakes
  • Maintains confidential information and upholds HIPPA regulations
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings
  • Oversee and participate in the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in office operations, including client and PCA intake/onboarding, payroll, billing support, and other projects and task as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
  • Skilled at working independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in home care or general knowledge of home care operations
  • Able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
  • Ability to manage time and work with deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Managerial or Case Management experience in a home care organization a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
