I am Dallas Millington, the owner of Millington Co., CPAs. We are seeking an office administrator to be a part of our fast-growing boutique firm here in Meridian, ID. You will be able to personally make an impact within the firm and with our clients, as a vital part of a dynamic team. This position is the very first impression of our firm. A warm, inviting personality mixed with proficiency is the type of person who will thrive in this area and bring strength to our process. You will be the initial person to connect with our clients to make their appointments, and also help them through the tax filing process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be friendly, attentive and helpful in welcoming our clients & partners by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
· Engagement with the tax team in working with clients and partners.
· Participate in relationship growth & social activities for the firm.
· Be involved with multiple client engagements as the point person.
· Detailed organization required for customer and partner communications.
· Organize and prepare final tax packets for clients and distribute them.
· Sorting and distributing mail, copying, faxing, scanning, mailing and filing client documents in a paperless system.
· Work performed in an office with controlled environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent time-management skills, and ability to meet timelines.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
· Outstanding communications skills, with internal & external stakeholders.
· Strong people skills in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
· Ability to follow complex instructions and multi-task in fast-paced environment.
· Ability to foster relationships based on trust and credibility with clients, business partnerships, and peers.
· Proficient and experienced in Microsoft office suite.
· Proficient in email, messaging, and cloud-based storage utilities.
Education & Experience:
· 2-5 years public facing administration & reception experience preferred
· Service background preferred
· Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
Wage: $18-$20/hr DOE
