Holy Spirit Catholic Church is seeking an energetic, focused individual with a friendly, helpful demeanor to coordinate all receptionist and clerical duties in the parish office. The candidate is responsible for a wide range of office support activities, including answering phones, directing calls, welcoming visitors, data entry, and document management. Candidate will maintain parish census and records as well as the parish calendar and scheduling of events. The ideal candidate should have experience with a range of communication platforms, as this position handles all aspects of parish communication, including bulletin composition, weekly email newsletter, website coordination, outdoor sign, indoor informational kiosks, and all social media. This is a full-time, 32 hour per week position.

Requirements:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Wordpress
  • Ability to learn Parishsoft and calendar software
  • Willingness to support overall needs of the Pastor and staff
  • Computer network experience a plus
