Job Profile

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our sales office based in Doral , Florida
Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize sales and service of our products
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Requirements and skills * Proven experience as a back-office assistant, Sales assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant sales support role

• Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Miami, FL 33172: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
