Job description

The primary responsibility of this position is to act in a support capacity and primary Reception, Accounting Assistant, and Human Resources positions.

Specific duties include:

  • Data Entry, Filing, Reconciliations, Sales, Customer Service to employees and visitors and callers
  • Provide clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents to Corporate Office management and staff.
  • Prepare documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Coding and reconciling invoices (hotel/travel)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Bellevue employees and managers.
  • Maintain, keep inventory, and place orders for office supplies and kitchen stocks
  • Keep the break rooms clean
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills with co-workers and management.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment as needs demand and without advance notice.
  • Strong MS Office experience specifically Word and Excel skills
  • Aptitude to learn new computer programs.
  • Must have self-initiative.
  • Must have problem solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
  • Must be able to recognize, correct, and report Safety Hazards.
  • Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language, Spanish speaker is a plus.
  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
