This Position:
The ideal candidate has a passion for working in community mental health and has a master’s degree in Human Services/ Behavioral Sciences or related field. We are looking for candidates who would be willing to help us start our new office-based program in Bothell! The therapist in this position will work with dynamic team to provide quality mental health therapy to children, youth, adults, and families. Evidence of skills in clinical assessment, counseling, crisis management, systems perspective, and psychoeducation. Demonstrated skill in working well under pressure to prioritize and manage multiple clinical responsibilities. This office-based position will be based out of our Bothell or Shoreline office. This is a 40 hour a week exempt position; 5 days a week onsite. Salary starts at $60,320 for Associate Licensure. (Range: $60,320 - $68,307 per year depending on experience and licensure status).

Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Services/ Behavioral Sciences or related field; at least hold an associate license in Washington State; Experience navigating different systems (schools/families); Experience working with trauma issues; Excellent organizational/administrative skills with good computer skills; Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team; Ability to adapt to change; Sense of humor
