Job description
The Office Clerk will assist in various day-to-day administrative responsibilities supporting the front desk as well as the Human Resources team including coordinating meetings, ordering, and restocking office supplies, and taking administrative lead on company committees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone communications internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
  • Arranges and coordinates department meetings, roundtables, coffee chats and other company wide meetings.
  • Organize and stock conference rooms for onsite meetings.
  • Order catered meals for onsite meetings and individuals as requested.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks within HR platforms such as Appreciation Station and R factor.
  • Assisting in Exit Interview and Stay Interview trend reports.
  • Taking administrative lead on Diversity and Connect Committee newsletter and events.
  • Managing and mailing out new hire welcome packets.
  • Order and restock office supplies.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks while maintaining careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Exposure to Human Resources
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
