Job description

Part-time position working Monday-Friday from 10:00-2:00. Start and end time is flexible.

Job Summary:
Performs clerical duties and supports office activities. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, data entry, and filing. Must demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and possess excellent customer service skills.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Administrative Director, who holds the employee responsible in assisting in the achievement of desired goals and objectives.

Education Qualifications and Credentials:
  • High school diploma. Some college credit preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and internet resources
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail with minimal errors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sorts and distributes mail
  • Helps staff with daily activities
  • Meets and greets visitors
  • Files paperwork as instructed, timely and accurately
  • Uses discretion to maintain confidentiality concerning company business to include but not limited to; personnel information, patient information and/or any general business correspondence/information
  • Orders office supplies
  • Keeps office, conference rooms, and breakroom clean and organized
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to learn office equipment, like printers and fax machines
