Office Coordinator
8AM-3PM
The office coordinator is expected to do a variety of clerical and administrative duties. Such as-
- Answering the phone
- covering unfilled shifts during their hours (+ when on call)
- Help manage the Community Calendars + Employee/client birthdays
- Assist Care Pros as needed (New name tag, assisting with care app, Etc)
- Track down expiring certifications and enter them in to clearcare
- On call once a month + one day a week
- Pick up Care logs + fax LTC
- 30/60/90 follow up calls for new employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
