Job description
Roseau County Ford is seeking a self-motivated, positive individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational and communication skills and is able to multitask. An applicant with accounting experience is preferred. The following are some, but not all duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Answering phone calls promptly, transferring callers as appropriate.
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and breakroom supplies.
- Arranging transportation and hotels for staff training.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation.
- Sending guest statements and receiving payments.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
