Bravo Foods & Bakery is located in Statham, GA approximately 15 minutes west of Athens, GA. We currently have an opening for an Office Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager responsible for performing and overseeing multiple day-to-day administrative functions to support the operations of a fast-paced office. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire accounts receivable process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing all company billing activity
  • Processing customer purchase orders
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Handling accounts receivable & overseeing accounts payable
  • Assisting with office management tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee and support all administrative and accounting duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
  • Address and correct any discrepancies in accounts or billings
  • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure customers pay as billed
  • Maintain the general ledger and assures general ledger accounts are reconciled
  • Reconciles bank accounts, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks
  • Oversees credit card processing and reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role preferred. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with computers with experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Solid knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
