Office Manager

Duration: 6 month contract with possible extension.

Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. The Office Manager role is a Corestaff contract position with placement with Porsche Digital, CA.

Position Objective:
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring all office operations and procedures are organized
- Oversee building facility and maintenance and ensure everyday operations run smoothly.
- Point person for mailing, shipping, ordering supplies, equipment, etc. and general office supplies
- Help ensure OSHA Compliance for Porsche Digital Inc. in conjunction with the HR-department.
- Setup office space for new hires to include work location, office furniture and supplies.
- Responsible person for all matters related to Building Management by being the main contact to the landlord & vendors.
- Welcome visitors & attend to their needs
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Responsible for local parking permits for all employees
- Accountable for resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the office
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Ad Hoc duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree in business administration
- Experience (Job and Industry): A minimum of 2 years working experience in an office management capacity \
Skills:
- Experienced in managing an office with day-to-day activities required (incl. but not limited to managing vendors …)
- Support administration and management teams with ad hoc activities, making sure to create an open and inviting environment within the office
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Works independently, without frequent direction
