Office Manager
Charlotte corporate headquarters supporting the commercial construction industry is seeking an Office Manager in South Charlotte. Prior experience supporting a small-to-medium sized firm is desired. Salary up to $55,000 + excellent benefits.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager
- Overseeing office organization
- Coordinating facility maintenance as needed
- Maintaining and archiving of office documents
- Plan company events such as company picnic, Christmas party, breakfasts, lunches, retirement, etc.
- Manage records for company vehicles
- Set up new permits as need for new projects we are awarded
- Maintain insurance certificates for existing projects, vendors, subcontractors
- Review contracts for appropriate signatures
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Be skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Great Communication skills both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
