The ideal candidate for this position can effectively manage various teams and projects, and has a detailed knowledge of computer systems and office equipment. The Operations Manager will coordinate with senior staff to ensure that the office is running smoothly, and will oversee tasks related to facility maintenance and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall activities of the production facility.
• Manage the production personnel and schedule.
• Supervise personnel in their work and skill development.
• Plan, assign, and review work along with production personnel.
• Set goals and objectives for staff.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Ensure products are up to company standards.
• Lead Man/Lead Womanagement meeting with members of the production team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
