(Seasonal Position - January to April)
Please join us at 45 Philadelphia Avenue Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215 Thursday 12/29 between the hours of 11 am-3 pm.

Hourly Wage: $14 - &18
Full time and part-time positions available - Flexible schedule, if needed
Shifts can start as early as 9am and go as late as 9pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual a Plus, English Required, Spanish Preferred
- People Person
Office Staff Responsibilities:
- Locations in Egg Harbor City and Hammonton.
- Spanish/English Speaking team member to service our diverse clientele.
- Must be a Happy Go Lucky type of person
- Good Communication Skills for In-Person Client Interview and Data Entry
- Seasonal Only (January to April), Flexible Schedule, 12 to 40 hours per week
- Microsoft Office knowledge a Plus
- Greet, welcome and check in guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Accurately answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure all work areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, scan and distribute daily intake files.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
