The Max Tax Holdings group of companies DBA Jackson Hewitt is looking for an Operations Assistant. This person would perform any duties necessary to the daily operations of 14 different Jackson Hewitt storefront locations located in and around Philadelphia, PA.

Looking for someone committed to a long-term position with the team. This individual would need reliable transportation to support 14 different storefront locations. A current PTIN is required for this position, the training to obtain your PTIN will be provided. Tax knowledge is a plus but not a deal breaker. Potential for year round role and salary after the end of the upcoming tax season.

Although we require someone with enough experience to take the company to new heights, rolling up your sleeves is a must, and we need someone who won’t shy away from supporting staff for over 10 different Jackson Hewitt locations.

This role requires someone who is process and deadline oriented, able to take direction with meticulous attention to detail. The critical requirements are grit to see endeavors through to completion, common sense, and a commitment to the success of the company.
