Position Summary:
Direct and supervise shift operations ensuring that work is completed within established service level guidelines. Make recommendations to management on improving processes supporting service levels. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise system/facility change control outages meeting service levels expectations.
- Ensure all departmental standards and expectations are followed in supporting controls for existing systems.
- Comply with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and contractual agreements.
- Educate and cross train personnel assigned to his/her section to assure proficiency and adequate backup. Implements or leads efforts to train the staff as requested.
- Administer relevant facets of personnel administration including appraisals.
- Complete other assigned work, meeting agreed dates.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years experience in supporting Technology services.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of systems, procedures, and technology/project life cycles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to Directors and department leadership team.
- Direct technical experience in related disciplines.
- A working knowledge of IT Service Management practices.
- Solid administrative and project management skills.
Desired Previous Job Experience
- IS related associate degree, or a bachelor degree, or related equivalent work experience in an Information Technology position.
- Experience managing Technology teams or managers.
- Experience in one of the following: Operations Analysis, Service Management Analysis, Technology Engineering.

Pay: $23,587.73 - $79,917.84 per year
