We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Remote PRN Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist to cover at three facilities in Olivia, Franklin, and Wabasso MN. The successful candidate will have an holistic perspective and will be able to adapt the environment to fit the person.

OLIVIA REHABILITATION & HEALTHCARE CENTER in OLIVIA, MN is a For profit - Corporation, Medicare Certified, nursing home operating with 38 residents and 55 certified beds. FRANKLIN REHABILITATION & HEALTHCARE CENTER in FRANKLIN, MN is a For profit - Corporation, Medicare Certified, nursing home operating with 36 residents and 46 certified beds. WABASSO REHABILITATION & HEALTHCARE CENTER in WABASSO, MN is a For profit - Corporation, Medicare Certified, nursing home operating with 34 residents and 44 certified beds.

Duties Include:

• Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
• Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Daily Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
