American Greetings is recruiting for seasonal support in our call center located in Westlake, Ohio. The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing customer care through both phone and email to associates on all sites opened and operated by American Greetings.
The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hour and the work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required.

General Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner, maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
- Ensuring all details from any customer interactions are captured into the database log
Experience Required:
Paid Training will be provided
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate the internet
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Education Required:
High School diploma or GED
