Front Office Receptionist (On-Call)

HIGHLIGHTS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ordering office supplies for Administrative Services
- Operates telephone switchboard, answers phone and greets public
- Maintains fax, long distance and fed ex and third vendor logs
- Sorts, distributes and logs incoming mail and faxes
- Receives all incoming packages and notifies department upon arrival
- Maintains the postage machine and all supplies necessary for outgoing mail
- Ensures that outgoing mail is stamped and ready for pick-up.
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Maintain meeting room(s) calendar in binder and log
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in reception, customer service, public relations, or related field
- Must have computer and digital skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with multi-line phone system
- Able to handle multiple tasks, organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual staff strongly encouraged to apply
