2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor *** Tarboro NC Jobsite ***

DTC is currently seeking to interview exciting candidates for our 2nd Shift On-site Supervisor position in Tarboro, NC.

2nd Shift Onsite Supervisor

Responsibilities Included but not limited to:

• Manage daily schedules, employee attendance, and time-off requests.
• Oversee employees progress in different departments.
• Ensure that daily production goals are met.
• Take Attendance at the beginning of the shift / complete end of shift reports.
• Train and integrate new workers.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and New Hire Tours
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
• Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
• Resolve conflicts between employees
• End / Terminate Employee's Assignments based off of client request

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role (preferred)
• Full understanding of industry safety standards (preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic computer software, such as Word and Excel (required)
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing up for long hours and constant walking.
• Working well within a team of diverse individuals
• Ability to multitask
• Leadership and conflict-management skills
• High School Diploma; A degree in Management is a plus

2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor Work Schedule would be 3:00pm to 12:00am Monday - Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $765.00 per week
