Manage projects and coordinate programs for the Office of Teaching and Learning (OTL). The purpose of this position is to:
- Coordinate campus-level processes related to the development and delivery of online programs.
- Collaborate with OTL staff and program administration and instructors to ensure online programs and courses are high quality and provide an excellent student experience.
- Provide support to instructors who deliver online courses.
- At all times, demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in the competencies needed for the job.
Responsibilities:
Manage online degree programs.
- Handle daily operations of NDSU Online including liaison responsibilities with NDSU departments and service units. Assist with the updating of departmental documents and websites. Collaborate with the marketing coordinator and departments to promote online programs and courses.
Collaborate to ensure high quality courses and programs.
- Work collaboratively with OTL staff, academic departments, and campus service units to implement NDSU Online including working with instructors, communicating with service units, maintaining documents and website, and other activities as needed to promote and maintain the program.
Provide support to online instructors.
- Work with the OTL Director and other office staff to provide professional development and instructional coaching for NDSU instructors.

- Training- Completed NDSU mandatory and annual training and other required training of the position and/or department. Mandatory for all staff currently consists of: Theft, Fraud and Code of Conduct; Annual Notification of Policies and Designated Medical Provider; Baseline Safety; Equal Opportunity/Title IX.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week: 8am-5pm [academic year] and 7:30am-4pm [non-academic year]
- 12 months per year
Advertised Salary:
- $55,000-$70,000/yr., commensurate with experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years relatable experience with a master’s degree.
- Understanding of higher education systems
- Demonstrated knowledge in other Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated proficiency in video conferencing platforms [Zoom, MS Teams]
- Demonstrated organizational skills (including conference logistics)
- Demonstrated business communication system skills [social media, ERP systems, database, and web content management systems, etc.].
- Ability to collaborate with other team members involved in administrative processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, problem-solver, ability to handle conflict situations and to be discrete, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree + experience in education or business-related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in TYPO3
- Experience in North Dakota University System.
