PROCESS TECHNICIAN: 3rd Shift (11:45pm - 8:00am) - 3 to 5 years of previous injection molding experience required. Responsibilities include: Helping set up molds and start presses using a scientific approach, prepare boxes and supply materials, assist with overseeing molding department with 16 presses, help machine operators as needed, give breaks and operate machines, and help perform routine equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will learn set up and programming of automation equipment and troubleshooting skills through on-the-job and outside trainings.

MAZAK CNC MILL OPERATOR: 1st Shift - Prior experience with close-tolerance tooling a must. A minimum of 3 years experience programming & running a CNC mill is required, Mazak experience a plus. Must have the ability to set up work directly from 3D data and inspect work pieces to 3D data, with proficiency in NX or SolidWorks software preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and also communicate well with others.

INJECTION MOLDING PRESS OPERATORS: Responsibilities include molding press operation (standing position), visual inspection of parts, de-gating/trimming and assembly tasks. Openings on 1st shift (7:45AM - 4:00PM), 2nd Shift (3:45PM - 12:00AM), and 3rd Shift (11:45PM - 8:00AM) - please specify which shift you are applying for.
