Pay Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 Salary

The candidate to be considered will be someone that works well remote, outside and multi-tasking. This candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in Snow and Landscape services. Understand the equipment needed to accomplish Snow and Landscape services, have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and know how to use computer, tablet, phone extremely well. This candidate will be a self-starter and great communicator with internal employees and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor entire region
• Assist with WO management assigned and reassigned for region
• Assist with training and hiring Operations Field Managers
• Assist sub-contractors to help understand all contracted SOW services for sites awarded
• Assist with on-boarding sub-contractors
• Keep master scheduling update for company to view and understand
• Communicate with location managers
• Qualify service partners for their true resources and capabilities with assistance of Operation Field Manger
• Monitor weather throughout region
• Communicate with all sub-contractors in given area
• Report Directly to the Operations Manager
• Update and create site maps
• Find new sub-contractors as needed based on sites in areas over supervision

Required:

o Drivers License

o 3+ years’ experience Snow & Land Services

Working Environment:

o Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

o Stoop, kneel or crouch

o Use your hands and fingers to handle, feel or move objects, tools or controls

o Talk, hear, see, read and write

o Use a smartphone, tablet or tother device for scheduling

o Use first aid equipment, fire extinguisher and power and hand tools

o Lift, move and carry objects up to 65 pounds

o Work in different weather conditions – Warm, Hot, Cold, Wet, Freezing

o Weekdays, Weekends, Overnights and Holidays a possibility
