Full Job Description

Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

Job Duties

  • Reports to Operations Manager
  • Assisting Operations Manager on daily tasks and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Creating, managing, and updating company databases including personnel records, financial records, client and other data
  • Keeping track of general inventory and ordering supplies
  • Maintaining accounting and financial records
  • Drafting and mailing internal and external e-mail blasts, reminders, and memos
  • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Coordinating office activities and operations
  • Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for upper management
  • Managing the maintenance of the office and facility equipment
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or similar position
  • Highly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required (Must have fluid knowledge and use of Excel using pivot tables and v-lookups)
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask

COMPENSATION:

Up to $20.00/hour DOE + Health/Dental/Vision & 401K benefits available after passing the three-month probation period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
