What you will do:
  • You will be based in our New Iberia, LA Service Center
  • Work with several other line managers through the global organization
  • Build and present data driven materials to large groups
  • Analyze data and drive daily operating rhythm accordingly
  • Provide leadership and development coaching to a team of 12 or more direct reports
  • Knowledge of Purchase to Pay procedures ideal
  • Work directly with Global Procurement and Auditors to drive policies and best practices
  • Support the Workforce Planning Leader in implementing various action items
  • Ensure the profitability of the department while improving the services to all stakeholders
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or Relevant years of experience
  • Effective leadership skills in managing a group of administrators
  • Power user of all Microsoft products and/or ERP systems
  • Experience with assisting or personally building up and managing to annual budgets
  • Management experience is a must
