What you will do:
- You will be based in our New Iberia, LA Service Center
- Work with several other line managers through the global organization
- Build and present data driven materials to large groups
- Analyze data and drive daily operating rhythm accordingly
- Provide leadership and development coaching to a team of 12 or more direct reports
- Knowledge of Purchase to Pay procedures ideal
- Work directly with Global Procurement and Auditors to drive policies and best practices
- Support the Workforce Planning Leader in implementing various action items
- Ensure the profitability of the department while improving the services to all stakeholders
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or Relevant years of experience
- Effective leadership skills in managing a group of administrators
- Power user of all Microsoft products and/or ERP systems
- Experience with assisting or personally building up and managing to annual budgets
- Management experience is a must
