Job description
Oasis seeks a Operations Analyst, Performance Management you will evaluate current business processes and team performance, conduct data analysis, and recommend strategies on improving processes and performance to exceed KPIs, drive profitability and scalability and consistently deliver an industry leading servicing experience. This position will work collaboratively with leaders from Operations, Sales, and Marketing and reports to the VP of Pre-Settlement Operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous process improvement efforts and make data-based recommendations to resolve barriers and drive performance.
- Measure and report on the performance of all Operations team performance (Call Center, Account Management, Funding, Case Servicing and Collections), and assess performance against team and individual KPIs.
- Measure and report on the performance of vendor partners and assess against KPIs and contractual service levels.
- Partner with Operations leaders, Finance/Accounting, and others on budgets, reforecasts, dynamic staffing models, and incentive plans.
- Partner with analytics and IT resources to develop dashboards (primarily PowerBI and Excel) and automate reporting.
- Work with Operations leaders to document processes, policies, procedures and training materials, to develop and maintain effective onboarding and training programs, and to maintain a robust knowledge library.
- Create database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed.
- Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior leaders across the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience including business process improvement (internally or consulting), performance data analysis, training development and project and change management.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience at building and leveraging analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel, SAS, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts
- Knowledge of one or more SQL variant, such as MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
- Proven experience building results-driven performance management programs with the highest degree of accountability
- A curious, proactive mindset, continuously thinking about improvement and innovation
- Six Sigma, or similar, certification, a plus
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
