JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking an Operations & Billing specialist who will work closely and act as the liaison between the Operations and Finance department. This person will be based out of Bridgeport, CT and will be responsible for data entry and review. On a daily basis, this person will review and enter work order data into Timberline/Sage software and will then reconcile that information into financial reports. On a monthly basis, this person will work closely with the finance department to assist with billing. This person will be responsible for interfacing with customers in verifying all job quantities as well as handling any quantity related discrepancies.

- Check and confirm all work orders (i.e.: Date, Job #, Items etc. are correct)
- Check and enter all work order quantities
- Check and confirm all quantity entries
- Weekly Job cost reconciliations
- Work with the AR department on a weekly basis to adjust billing quantities
- Add new items to existing Jobs in Timberline
- Manage and resolve all quantity issues
- Manage and resolve any customer related issues (by phone or email)
- Work closely with the Operations and/or Finance department on special projects (i.e., Job Costs, Quantities or Billing)
- Assist with closing jobs / files
