Summary:

Assist with administrative tasks and coordinating facility operations at CHI Health Center Arena & Convention Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including cleaning, maintenance, change overs, and repairs
• Request/receive quotes, enter purchase orders, receive items & upload supporting documents
• Responsible for all shipping & receiving. Which includes log all deliveries, notifying recipient of arrival, and secure delivery until received by/signed for by the recipient
• Oversee operations ticketing program, distribute/assign work order request, provide updates, and close out when completed.
• Order office supplies for the company
• Keep event station up to date for operations staff
• Enter schedules, coding, and review employees’ timecards in Kronos
• Track annual budget and send out monthly budget reminders to appropriate departments.
• Assist with setting up preventative maintenance for equipment
• Keep accurate records and maintenance of facility radios
• Route event medical time sheets after events
• Create and maintain the practice schedule for Creighton Basketball
• Enter exhibitor orders for trade shows, process payments and solve discrepancies
• Assist in reviewing applications, phone screening and scheduling interviews for new hires
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
