Simpacti is a growing company based in Boulder, CO. We provide high quality, environmentally friendly products to our clients via Amazon.com, our website and through retail stores. Our company supplies various types of smoking accessories to our loyal customers, bringing them high quality products that are manufactured in an environmentally sustainable way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking and passionate Operations Coordinator to join our team! Your role will be key to the success and growth of the business, and you will work directly alongside the CEO and founder, Michael.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a varied and challenging role and have the opportunity to progress and grow with the business.

As Operations Coordinator you’ll take care of a variety of tasks including: 3D printing, 3D printer maintenance, quality assurance & control procedures, product assembly & packaging, processing & fulfillment of orders, conducting sales meetings, communicating with customers and vendors and assisting with the growth and development of the business. You’ll be joining a company that empowers brainstorming, fresh ideas and active solution-finding sessions.

Essential Skills & Experience We would love to hear from you if the following criteria describes you:

  • You have a high school GED or above
  • 1 year or more of experience in an operations position
  • Strong problem-solving skills · Desire to grow and progress in this role long term · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week.
  • Previous experience with 3D Printing and or sales would be an advantage but is not required. Full training will be provided.

Our interview process: Your resume will be reviewed by our recruiter and CEO. We will then reach out to you to schedule an initial zoom interview where we will have a conversation about your experience and skills, and we’ll provide more information about the company and our vision.

Once you’ve completed your initial interview, we will contact you for a working interview, if selected. Working interviews are in person interviews that last for 2-5 hours, and you’ll be compensated for the time. The working interview gives us a great chance to get to know each other and for you to see where you’ll be working and what you’ll be doing firsthand. We aim to provide feedback after the working interview within 3 business days and would then advise if you will move onto the next step, which would be reference and background checks.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
