Springboard Media is in the market for an enthusiastic and driven Operations Coordinator for our Springboard Automation division.

The Operations Coordinator sets the tone for Springboard Automation’s clients from the very beginning and continues it throughout the relationship. From qualifying prospective new clients to coordinating requests and orders, this position is the cornerstone to supporting our sales & install team. The perfect candidate for this job is mentally flexible, self-motivated, and displays highly confident communication skills on the phone and in person. The right person thrives in a dynamic environment, adapting any given day's tasks to the needs of the team. This is a great opportunity for someone to be exposed to all facets of running a business and can provide growth into a number of sales, operations, and technical roles long term. A technical background is not necessary for this role, but genuine people skills are a must!

NOTE: Covid-19 Vaccination is required for this role. The Inside Sales Coordinator is an onsite position at our Rittenhouse Office, with occasional ability to WFH.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for complex sales and solutions.
  • Assist in management and staging of inventory for projects.
  • Provide sales quotes to clients.
  • Answer inbound sales and service telephone calls.
  • Ensure deliverables are ordered, delivered, and invoiced properly for consumer sales and solutions.
  • Resolve incidents, issues, and problems alone and through collaboration with the team.
  • Ensure key standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for providing reports on opportunity pipelines.
  • Act as team coordinator by helping keep clear meeting notes, clarify scheduling conflicts, and handling any administrative needs as needed.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure.
  • Help to develop and actively take part in sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Track and manage current and potential client opportunities and correspondence through the use of customer relationship management software.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience of an inside role, supporting an outside sales team with operations or administrative experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required
  • Passion for closure and strong work ethic
  • Ability to take on assignments and finish them effectively and on time
  • Effective communications, both verbal and written.
  • A current driver's license.
