Nanolab Technologies is looking for a detail oriented Production Control Coordinator to work between customers, Production Control dept. and scientists to deliver client data in a timely and reliable manner. The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for proactively meeting the administrative support needs of the Engineering team & their clients.

Swing Shift: 4pm-1am: Monday to Friday

• Logs and tracks the receipt and shipment of all samples into and out of the lab
• Labels and stores samples in accordance with documented procedures
• May perform courier duties as necessary to support lab and client needs

• 
  2+ years experience preferably in Production or Customer Service
• Strong customer service focus, highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid state issued driver's license to operate company vehicles
• Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
