The RISE Operations and Infrastructure Director is charged with supporting the Strategic Delivery Leader to achieve the RISE strategic priorities focused on quality execution, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor’s degree, required; field of study in Business Administration or Marketing, preferred
Experience:
- Six (6) or more years of experience delivering either audit, tax, or advisory professional services to clients, OR ten (10) years in an operations leadership position in a professional services firm, required
Software:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including creating and working with pivot tables), preferred
- Experience with data analysis tool (such as Power BI), preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Demonstrated ability to partner across multiple stakeholders by leveraging communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
- Strong appreciation and awareness of the various service lines in Advisory (e.g., Digital, Risk, Transactions, Valuation, BSO, etc.)
