A tech startup in Los Angeles seeks an incredibly capable, bilingual Operations Manager to support the operations of the LA office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the right hand to the CEO - He is already running multiple successful endeavors so you will need to be available to take the reigns when needed.
- Manage all processes in the development and launch of the new company
- Coordinate with overseas manufacturers as needed
- Meet with business partners and investors - this will mean dinner meetings on nights and weekends. Hours will be adjusted accordingly.
- Perform B2B outreach to companies for collaboration
- Interview new hires
- Keep things running SMOOTHLY
- Whatever it takes
Required Skills/Experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience as an Executive's assistant, Operations manager, Project manager or related area.
- Experience in real estate would be a huge plus
- Experience in a tech company providing web-based services would be a plus
- Knowledge of Investment/employment immigration to the USA would be a huge plus (EB5/L1/E2/EB1)
- Intelligence and Problem-solving capability
- Willingness to work at odd hours to accommodate communications to international time zones.
- Passion and Drive!!
- Bilingual English/Chinese
- English language skills (including writing)
