The Operations Manager position is the most important management position within our firm.

The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the day to day operational needs of all projects & crews. The Operations Manager provides daily oversight in all operational elements of the business including production, marketing, sales, estimating & project management.

The ideal candidate has experience and an interest in:

• Organizational Management & Leadership
• Production, Marketing, Sales & Estimating, Project Management
• Natural Resource Restoration Practices
• Forestry
• Invasive Species Management
• Resource Conservation
• Agricultural Best Management Practices
• Stormwater Management

As the Operations Manager, you will work directly with the CEO & Operations Team to plan & oversee all field crews & management employees in their quest to find, obtain & complete restoration projects in a safe, efficient and professional manner while maintaining an exceptional standard of quality and value for our customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to complete and pass background check & drug test
• Ability to work well as a part of a team, develop team members & lead effectively
• Communicate effectively in English
• At least 5 years of industry specific experience
• Ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of standard industry practices & techniques
• 2 or 4 year degree in Environmental or related fields OR extensive industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer & organizational skills
