A day in the life of an Ethos Operations Manager includes preparing case updates for clients' daily review, reviewing and scoring investigator performance based on timeliness, quality of investigation, video and report, assigning surveillance cases to investigators following departmental guidelines, maintaining proactive communication with clients, collaborating with field investigators and supervisors, reviewing and approving vendor invoices, and reviewing and approving investigator timecards.

The ideal candidate for this position has worked as a case manager, can prioritize and meet deadlines, multi-task, and be detail oriented. They work well with a team and on their own, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office products.

This role sometimes requires availability after hours, or on weekends, by phone.

This is a remote position that requires a quiet, dedicated space to work in and internet access.

Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience. This position is eligible for a monthly bonus based on goals/criteria being met.
