Must demonstrate professionalism, and ability to handle tasks in a confidential manner. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential skills. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills enabling them to prepare their own correspondence, and interact with attorneys, management and staff, as well as outside vendors. Essential Functions of Job:
The primary responsibilities of the Operations Specialist will be coordinating operations of the New York Office, liaising with building management, ticketing for client entertainment and sporting events, coordinating events and catering arrangements, reviewing and approving staff timesheets, coordinating staff coverage, maintaining attorney/staff ratio reports and other metrics, assisting Office Administrator with other projects as needed. Additional duties include phone calls, coordinating mailings, organizing meetings, calendaring appointments, processing expense summaries, as well as other administrative functions.
Qualifications:

Work Environment
- Current Firm policy is hybrid—working in the office at least three days per week, and working from home the rest of the week (subject to change).
- Overtime will be required on occasion as the workload demands.
