Attain Partners is hiring a Senior Oracle Cloud – Grants Consultant to join our team. This senior level role offers a great opportunity to serve as a lead consultant for client projects in the higher education, non-profit and state and local government space.

• Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
• Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs

Qualifications

Qualifications Required

• Experience with Oracle PPM or grants module implementations
• Functional professional with 4-10 years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Grants module
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, report designs, conversions and integration efforts with different modules and other systems, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Preferred

• Hands on experience with Oracle Grants and PPM
• Extensive experience leading client conversations around chart of accounts design, and practices for mapping legacy to future state
• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience supporting clients in the higher-ed or state and local government space is a plus
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
