Work Location: Sterling, VA

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Oracle EBS / Fusion consulting practice.

• Manage and achieve engagement bookings and revenue targets.

Identifying, pursuing, and winning and implementing consulting projects.

• Ability to maintain and expand our position as a leader in implementing Oracle ERP/ Fusion Cloud solutions.

• Develop relationships at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams

• Lead aspects of the proposal development process (including discovery, road maps, estimations and proposal building); contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

• On time, on budget (GP) project deliverables for ‘owned’ customer projects (although this responsibility is devolved to the Project Manager at individual project level)

• Provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams

• Provide advisory services to the customers regarding Oracle ERP solutions

• Work with Business and IT Partners like Oracle to determine and define development project scope and objectives

• Manage delivery of client services across multiple accounts

Qualifications:

• Expertise in implementing SCM Cloud or Financials Cloud modules or HCM & Payroll

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT related industry and 10+ years in managing and implementing Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud projects

• Demonstrated experience leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

• Experience working with C-level client contacts, managing client teams, onshore and offshore teams

• Experience with requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, and detailing scope of work (SOW)

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including creating presentations, stakeholder management and negotiations skills

• Entrepreneurial-minded, with sound judgment and navigate through complex scenarios.
