The Oral Surgery Scheduling Representative/Communication Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and schduling patients for oral surgery appointments. This position is a remote work from home position. Candidates must be available for 1-2 week in-office training and must reside in the Metro Atlanta Area.

We are looking for talented individuals to assist us in providing a 5-star customer experience for our patients on behalf of our affiliated pracrices. Our ideal candidate will have a dental background and high level customer service experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all callers,
  • Care for and be an advocate for our patients,
  • Address caller’s needs in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Assist in various administrative functions as needed.
  • Follow company and department procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • High school graduate (or GED)
  • Experience working in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent thinker
  • Proficient in spelling and typing
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Must be reliable
