OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary objective of the customer service order entry specialist is to provide premier administration support within RYCO in order to meet contract requirements. Your role enables Sales personnel to remain focused on sales (and not providing technical expertise) & Tier 1 Customer Service Representatives to focus on quoting & issue resolution.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES (ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

Your role enables Sales personnel to remain focused on sales (and not providing technical expertise) & Tier 1 Customer Service Representatives to focus on quoting & issue resolution.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES (ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Ensure all inquiries and complaints are resolved in an accurate and timely manner while having regard for the company policies and procedures
- Effective management of stock levels for company vans
- Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Data entry and processing of dockets, orders and invoicing in an accurate and timely manner Provide administration support
- Liaise between external customer and internal customers to ensure all inquiries are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with credit department to ensure orders on credit hold are checked before release
- Proactive in understanding customer needs and in preventing problems from arising
- Log all credit requests via NCR Register to ensure corrective action, follow up and resolution
- Maintain a detailed and current knowledge of RYCO's products and services
- Accurate, efficient and timely preparation of customer quotes as required
- Co-ordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing and imports to ensure product availability and timely delivery of products
- Assist the sales team by following-up on orders and inquiries placed by Territory Managers
- Sort, collate and distribute mail and faxes to relevant departments and/or employees and coordinate out-going mail and faxes
- Data entry; this may include picking slips, invoices, customer part number’s, as required
- In conjunction with the Administration and Warehouse Coordinator and Sales staff investigate stock returns and coordinate credits as appropriate
- Process pricing credits in an accurate and timely manner
- Any other related tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
