The Picker/ Packer/fulfillment associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, and general material handling using a forklift or crane to meet our supply needs. Now offering a $2,000 sign- on bonus!!

-We are looking to fill 1st shift, Monday- Friday 6 am- 2 pm, enjoy getting off work every weekday at 2 pm!

The highest we can pay is $20/ hour for an experienced worker. Please apply if that aligns with your pay expectations (+ the $2,000 sign-on bonus)

Core Responsibilities:

• Pulls material required for production orders, customer sales orders, and miscellaneous material in an accurate/ timely fashion
• Reviews, assigns, and issues production orders in accordance with customer’s needs
• Receives, counts, identifies lots sizes, and verifies incoming material from vendors, material from completed shop orders, and miscellaneous material returned to the stockroom
• Responsible for control and accuracy of material and inventory records using either manual or computer systems
• Communicates/ coordinates material status information with planner for manufacturing and between all manufacturing departments for customer shipments and production orders

Requirements:

• 1+ year of picker/ packer experience required
• Trained or willing to be trained to operate a forklift in a manufacturing area
• Has computer knowledge and can perform basic computer input
• Experience with an ERP system
• Can work independently with attention to detail
• Inventory managing

Nice to have:

• Hoist/ crane operating experience is highly desired
• High School Diploma/ GED

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
