Order Fulfillment Team Member

Taylor Toolworks is a fast-growing e-commerce site, specializing in woodworking hand tools. We are actively searching for an Order Fulfillment Team Member!

Ideal candidates will be ready to learn all aspects of order fulfillment, including processing high volume orders & meeting daily deadlines. Experience with tools is not required!

Responsibilities:

• Completing assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Entering package data to create and track shipments
• Stocking shelves to replenish inventory
• Multi-tasking and juggling competing tasks
• Minimizing order processing time

Requirements:

• Be able to work a reliable 40-hour work week M-F
• Have computer skills and be able to work with a tablet
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once
• Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift
• Be self-sufficient and require minimal supervision

Full-Time Benefits available including Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, and Health Insurance available after a 90-day probationary period.

Starting pay is $12.00-$15.00/hr based on your experience, with raises given based on performance
